I talked with Ryan Coker at Revelry Brewing Co. about his collaboration with Sean Brock on Amber Waves, a heritage grain malt liquor made with Jimmy Red Corn, Carolina Gold Rice, and North Carolina barley and rye. That's right: malt liquor.
