Mike is a rock star in the world of food.
He not only buys from Lowcountry fishermen and farmers as much as he can, supporting the local economy, but the food he prepares is absolutely stunning!
Plus, he is a heck of a nice guy.
FIG is a favorite - glad to see that this guy is getting recognized! He certainly deserves it - the whole local food connection is a great one. Personally, I can't get enough of FIG's roasted cauliflower.
